They scored three goals against Ireland, equaling the same number of goals the group leaders Italy have, but the difference is the two goals conceded as compared to Italy's non conceded. Today's fixtures are only two, pitching Switzerland vs France, Romania vs Albania, all Group A's last matches that will see two teams packing for home.

SWITZERLAND vs FRANCE

France have literally qualified to go to the next stage considering that no team has equaled their performance in their group because their closest rivals, Switzerland have 4 points, and next, Romania with one point. There is no chance at all that there will be anything doable that can possibly overturn the outcomes.

Switzerland have won 2/5, drawn 1/5 and lost 2/5 matches, collecting an imaginary 7/15 points, scoring 5 goals and conceding 6 goals. France on the other hand have won 5/5 matches, collecting all 15/15 available points, scoring 14 goals and conceding 5 goals. ROMANIA vs ALBANIA 

Thus far, Albania have not collected a point. Being their last Group A match, they might want to earn a consolation point or three. Romania on the other hand will be hoping to score more goals than Switzerland and still hope that they will be beaten by France, so that they(Romania) qualify for the next stage on their (Switzerland) behalf.

The two teams have been displaying dismal results with Romania winning once, drawing and loosing twice, collecting 5/15 points, scoring 11 times and conceding 9 times. Albania on the other hand have won twice and lost thrice, collecting 6/15 points, scoring 6 times and conceding 7 times.
